Implementing Tridharma (three pillars) of higher education which includes education, research, and community service

She has 20 years of research, teaching, consulting and community service experience in education, particularly children’s studies. She has conducted educational research and has served as Team Leader for research funded by the central government (Ristekdikti), BOPTN grants (2013-present), team leader for community service by UPI grants (2016-present). Her position as a head department, lecturer, researcher and community service consultant at UPI allows her to establish close relationships with stakeholders, such as the government and the community. She is responsible for teaching early childhood eduvcation subjects in the study program.
