She has 20 years of research, teaching, consulting and community service experience in early childhood education. She has conducted early childhood education research and is Team Leader for implementation Teaching Pyramid Model in Kindergarten Bandung (Ristek dikti) grant (2015-2017). Her position as a lecturer, researcher and consultant for early childhood education. She is responsible for teaching in learning social emotional strategies for early childhood subjects at the program study.
